Why We Started This Journey

Marcus Chen and Elena Nguyen met during a particularly frustrating graduate algorithms course. Both noticed how students struggled to bridge the gap between mathematical formulas and practical applications. After working in Vietnam's growing tech sector, they realized this disconnect was holding back the next generation of developers.

How We Actually Work

Every Tuesday, we review student projects together and discuss what's working and what isn't. Elena usually brings coffee that's too strong, Marcus brings questions that are too hard, and somehow we end up with better ways to explain gradient descent. We believe learning happens best in small groups where everyone feels comfortable asking "wait, what?" when something doesn't make sense.
